During my career overcoming burn out, fatigue, injuries and maintaining focus required a team.
With the use of mixed modalities I now choose to offer myself.
Since retiring I certified in psychotherapies, life management skill setting, emotional facilitated therapies, cognitive behavioural therapies, mind setting, breath work, and Kinesiology.
My goal is not to treat every person but for each individual to be assisted in the way that serves them best.
